The Legends of Adygea

Adygeya Republic is situated on the South of Russia within a huge Krasnodarskij Region. North Caucasus  foothills and mountains surround a unique upland, which is more tan 2000 meters above sea level. It is called Lago-Naki or Lagonakskoe  Upland. Presenter Andrey Ivanov took just the most important luggage for his trip to Adygeya because he was supposed no t only to cross a long distance but also to spend a night in mountains. In the program he gives lots of useful advice for both begginers and experienced t ourists. There are lots of dolmens in that region. Dolmens are fantastic megalithic constructions, reminding of  stone houses. There are 1139 dolmens recorded on the territory of Krasnodarskij Region. The scientists still haven't made an agreement on what the dolmens were supposed to be used for. This constructions were found not only in Caucasus mountains but also in absolutely different regions, such as Africa, Northern and Western Europe. The viewers will have chance to see the main river in Adygeya which is Belaya. It heads from mountains Fesht and Ashten. It delivers water to more than 60 little rivers in the valley. Later we move to Azishskaya Cave, which looks like an underground palace with halls, columns and passages. You can travel along Guamskoe Canyon, which is located nearby, by train. Railroads were built there about 70 years ago, earlier it was used by woodcutters and  for timber transportation. But now it can be used by tourists.
