Nadezhda Dorofeyeva is a biologist by profession, however her fascination and exploration of the surrounding world has been more like a way of life since she was just a child. Nadezhda works at The Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences where she explores the impact certain substances have on cells. In addition to her work, she also loves ornithology, photography and videography. Even though she lives in a big city, there are still some areas of wildlife nearby. From time to time this adventurous biologist sets off on expeditions to these small nature reserves to study and film the birds that call these places home.
