Belgorod-style baked trout

For much of its history Belgorod was a small, provincial city. The majority of its population consisted of artisans, merchants and members of the landed gentry. Their lives were not particularly luxurious and these citizens did not have remarkably sophisticated or gourmet tastes. One day however, a group of people who ended up having a great influence on the city’s lifestyle arrived in Belgorod. Russian Travel Guide presenter Nadezhda Lebedeva found out about one of the new dishes the white officers contributed to Belgorod’s culinary menu.
