What holiday is considered to be the most magic? Everyone would answer in Russia it is on Happy New Year's Day when everybody is dreaming of gifts and waiting for the meeting with Ded Moroz. The presenter Irina Pudova visited the major winter wizard in the city of Veliky Ustyug. Russian Jack Frost turned out to receive letters from children from all over the world. Messages are received in the specialized post office and each is answered. Ded Moroz's possession which is usually called the Residency or the Patrimony is located 11 kilometers far from Veliky Ustyug in the picturesque forest. This place is visited annually by tens of thousands of tourists. The tour starts from the carved gates leading to the possession of the fairy-tale wizard. Guests are to go along the Path of Fairy-Tales, this is where they are involved in a lot of adventures and Ded Moroz himself waits for them in the carved terem*. *- terem is a wooden tower-chamber.
