Urals Pelmeni Dumplings

There's no such a special term for Ural cuisine in the official culinary. But they don't agree with it in Ural. Culinary traditions have been forming for hundreds years. They were influenced by Russian, Tatar, Komi-Permyak, Udmurt and Khanty-Mansyisk cuisines. The Urals consider they have taken the most delicious and useful from each one.
